Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are proud of the quality of our instructor-led public classes and have attained a high degree of customer satisfaction.  If for any reason, however, you are not completely satisfied; please notify us within thirty (30) days of the class completion date. You will be rescheduled for the same class at no charge, depending on space availability, within the next twelve months.

Please note: If the curriculum has been changed or updated there may be a nominal charge for the new courseware.  Otherwise the student will be required to bring his/her manuals to class.
 

Ready to Run (RR) Cancellation Policy: 
Once a course is classified as a RR class, it will not be cancelled or moved.  The Instructor is confirmed and committed.  Payment is now due. Once the RR notification is sent to the student and that student confirms his/her registration the registration is locked in and payment is processed.  If for any unforeseen reason the student cannot attend the class at this scheduled time, a student substitution can be made, or the student may audit this class within twelve (12) months of the original scheduled date. 

All other public classes are not locked in and payment is not processed until the class becomes RR.  There is no penalty for cancellation of these classes not declared RR.
